HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT YOUR PRODUCTS?

This depends on whether you are purchasing from Amazon.com or our WebStore.  Amazon Prime members receive FREE Two-Day Shipping.   There are also 1-day expedited shipping options, as well as standard shipping options.  Most standard shipments are sent within 2 to 5 business days.

WHO HANDLES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOUR ORDERS?

This depends on whether you are ordering from our WebStore or from Amazon.  If you are ordering from Amazon, they will handle all customer service related to shipping and returns. This is because we use a service called Fulfillment by Amazon.  Any questions related to the product itself, however, will be directed to us.  On the other hand, we will handle the customer service for all orders processed through our WebStore or any other e-commerce channel.
